LeverEDGE Unilateral Converging Incline Chest Press
The biggest guys in the gym know that hitting the upper pectorals is key for complete chest workouts. Designed to be biomechanically correct, with features that maximize versatility. Incline is adjustable to one of four angles: 35, 38, 42 and 45 degrees. More rigid and compact than the competition, but will break down to fit through a standard 36-inch door. Sturdy pillow block bearings are smooth, extra durable and easy to replace should the need arise. Compact footprint helps make the most out of any floorplan.
Specific features of this item include:
Weights at the Ready
There are eight chrome-plated Olympic bar-sized weight storage pegs that keep plates handy for rapid adjustments between sets, not to mention off the floor for a safer workout environment.
Extra Long Loading Pegs
For the bigger brutes, athletes and bodybuilders out there, you can load up nine plates on each lever arm.
Unilateral Loading & Movement
Prevents the stronger arm from compensating for the weaker arm.
Simplicity was a primary design target to provide affordability and rigidity.
Spring-Loaded Lever Stops
Pulling a pop pin allows one person to adjust the starting position to one of six heights in one-inch increments. Also good for limiting the range of motion for those with pre-existing injuries.
Multi-grip closed-cell foam handles, carefully balanced converging lever motion, a multitude of pad adjustments and spring-assisted lever stops make sure the workout is effective and safe.
The frame was designed using 3D CAD software to minimize the use of fasteners, so assembly only requires four bolts. The rest is precision East Tennessee welding. This translates to easier setup, less maintenance and extra rigidity! Heavy-duty pillow block bearings are tough as nails, feature lubrication nipples for ease of maintenance and are smooth enough to never get in the way of a workout.
